  • Our Service includes resume parsing, job matching, and automated form filling on supported job platforms.
  • We act as your agent to submit job applications on your behalf based on the information you provide.
  • We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms & Credits

  • Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Application credits are allocated based on your subscription tier.
  • Unused credits do not expire and carry over to subsequent billing periods.
  • If a job application fails due to technical issues on our end, credits will be refunded to your account.
  • Refunds for subscription payments are not available. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the Service only for legitimate job searching purposes.
  • You must not use the Service to submit fraudulent or misleading applications.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
  • You must not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • You must not use the Service to spam employers or submit applications to positions you are not genuinely interested in.

6. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload, including resumes and profile information.
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve the Service.
  • You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your resume and application information is accurate and truthful.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by 10xApply.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service.
  • Our trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of employers you apply to.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10xApply from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
  • This includes any claims from employers or third parties related to applications submitted on your behalf.

10. Termination

  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.
  • You may request deletion of your data upon account termination.

11. Governing Law
